Actress Eniola Badmus Mourns Uncle & Cousin Who Were Victims Of The Plane Crash

Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus' uncle and cousin, the Okusanyas (father and son) were amongst the victims of the ill-fated plane crash. 

She tweeted (above) to confirm this yesterday. Until their untimely death, Tunji Okusanya (an Engineer) was the Chairman/ Managing Director while his son Tunji Okusanya Jr. was a Director at MIC Caskets and Undertakers - a funeral home in Lagos. 

They were contracted to manage the funeral ceremony of Late Olusegun Agagu that's why they were on board. They are renown to have handled other high profile funeral ceremonies like Former GT Bank MD, Tayo Aderinokun and Goldie Harvey amongst others. May their sould rest in peace.

Skelewu’ creator, David Adeleke, (Davido), is one young chap who has got everything going for him at the moment. The ‘Gobe’ crooner, who was almost an unknown quantity in Nigerian music three years ago, has become so large that the money has continued to roll-in in millions, what with various endorsement deals, foreign concerts and other sources of revenue.
Davido whose first album, ‘Omo Baba Olowo,’ became an instant hit, showed off his multi-million naira mansion that is said to have set him back by a whopping N140 million, and tweeted about how he was ensconced in a room back in Babcock University and how his hard work has paid dividends for him.

Obasanjo Reacted To News Of His Son’s Rumored Death In Plane Crash

Amid confusion that trailed yesterday’s plane crash, former president Olusegun Obasanjo, was thrown into temporary shock yesterday when the rumoured death of his son, Gbenga also got to him.
Obasanjo who was in Abeokuta, was having a photo session with primary schools pupils, who had attended a leadership training programme for young leaders at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Abeokuta.

And the attention of journalists covering the event was drawn to the sudden changes of the former president’s countenance that showed something was wrong after many calls poured in for him during the session.

Obasanjo was seen shivering and shaking shortly after he received the rumoured news.
During the conversation with his caller, which lasted a few seconds, Obasanjo, who was apparently disturbed asked his caller in Yoruba “Gbenga wo; o wa ni Abuja’’ (which literarily means which Gbenga?”He is in Abuja).

He ended the conversation, managed to pose for pictures and minutes later, whispered into the ears of Prof. Akin Mobogunje, the chairman of the Centre for Human Security of the (OOPL), who organised the ceremony and they left.

One of those who are questioning the death and the plane crash after his Agagu's death is Susan Peters.

The Nollywood actress come model, Susan took to social media, Twitter to express her opinion on the Associated Airline Plane Crash which had the corpse of late Olusegun Agagu and others on board.

Agagu’s family to go ahead with his burial today

Despite the great tragedy that occurred yesterday, where the plane carrying Agagu's corpse crashed and killed 15 people, members of the late governor's family have insisted that they will go ahead with his burial. The Chairman of Ondo State PDP, Mr. Ebenezer Alabi, made  this  known yesterday.
“We have just consulted with the family and it has been decided that they would go ahead with the burial. This is more so that his  son, and son-in-law survived the crash. We are also aware that the casket bearing Agagu’s  body  was not affected by the crash. While we  sympathise with the families of  those who lost their  loved ones  in the crash, we  will go ahead with the burial.” He said
Agagu will be buried today at his home town in Iju-Odo, Okitipupa LGA of Ondo state. St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Iju-Odo has been and renovated for the burial service while major roads leading into the town had been rehabilitated.
